October 26- President Zine El Abidine Ben Ali won the 2009 Presidential Elections with 89, 62% of the votes. The 2009 Presidential Elections registered 4,737,367 voters, 289,979 among which were cast by Tunisian residents aboard. Participation rate in Tunisia reached 89.40% and rose up to 90.25% with the participation of Tunisian voters abroad.
